Eleny piano studio, MB (registered in Lithuania, company code 307732671, registered address Skroblų g. 25-118, LT-03141 Vilnius) is the data controller for this website, elenypiano.studio. This policy explains what data we collect through the site, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We don’t run our own tracking scripts or set our own cookies. A few third-party services embedded on the site handle limited data on our behalf:
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, EU-hosted analytics tool that doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track individual visitors across sites. It reports aggregate traffic numbers only — pages visited, rough location by country, referring site — none of which identifies you personally.
Booking and self-service login. Trial-lesson booking and the parent self-service portal are provided by MyMusicStaff, a third-party scheduling platform. When you use these, MyMusicStaff processes the information you provide (name, contact details, scheduling data) under its own privacy policy. We don’t see anything you enter until you submit it, at which point it becomes part of your enrollment or scheduling record with the studio.
Reviews. The “What parents say” section on our About page pulls public reviews directly from Google, via Google’s Places API. This is a read-only display of reviews already public on Google — no data about you is sent to Google by viewing this section.
Map. The map on our Contact page uses OpenStreetMap tiles via Leaflet, an open-source mapping library. It doesn’t use cookies or send any visitor data to us or third parties.
Email. If you contact us directly by email, we handle your message and any information in it through Fastmail, our email provider, for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, keep a record of the enrollment or business relationship.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share your data with advertisers. We don’t run retargeting or advertising pixels. We don’t use cookies for tracking.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or ask us to restrict or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hi@elenypiano.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes. Check back occasionally — significant changes will be dated above.
